At Healthy Living, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Supplements

For health and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be returned. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Candles & Oils

Unused candles and sealed oils may be returned within 30 days. Used candles cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at healthyliving20062019@gmail.com or call (936) 588-2006.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
